STG Associates is a division of Fidelity National Title Insurance and provides title insurance services and related real estate services.  STG Associates was established in 1991, and was acquired by and became a division of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in June, 2005.  In 2008 North Shore Abstract and Guardian Land Abstract joined STG Associates as two new title divisions.  We handle all types and sizes of real estate transactions throughout New York State and as part of the Fidelity family of companies we are able to assist you in all your title needs anywhere in the country through our extensive network of Fidelity offices and title company affiliations, and we are also able to handle your title insurance needs for overseas transactions through our global division.
